Most larger projects, especially in the ERP area, are at risk, not because of the professional qualifications of the team members, but because of communication problems between those responsible due to their personality profiles.
Each employee usually has unrecognized skills in his or her personality profile, which, in conjunction with professional qualifications, enable greater potential. Many do not recognize this additional potential or misjudge themselves in contrast to the perception of their conformed personality by others.
The personality requirement of a person for the fulfilment of the task in addition to the professional qualification and the personality analysis of this person in comparison enables an optimal filling of the position.
The results of this additional selection process promote employee satisfaction on the one hand and enable better empathetic communication through authenticity between team members and dealing with customers on the other. For more than 20 years, I have been working successfully with Insights MDI as an entrepreneur in personnel selection and team composition, team training and team meetings as an ERP project manager.

I am ERP senior consultant and project manager with over 30 years' experience in over 190 projects in Germany, Switzerland, International.
I consult in leading ERP systems SME customers in industry and trade.
Besides knowledge of SAP software systems (focus: PP, PS, MM, SD), abas, sage-bäurer, Microsoft Dynamics, I advise also in BI software such as IBM Cognos, Cubebuilding and reporting, and workflow tools. Data collection and analysis, quality assurance are also part of my field.
Years of experience in the development and enhancement of ERP systems with software vendors.
My SME clients come from diverse sectors of industry and Trade.Parts with several manufacturing facilities in Europe, Asia, USA.
I'm SW manufacturer-independent and can see myself as an intermediary between users and software vendors to your advantage, because I know both sides from long experience and the benefits of the individual ERP systems. In my projects, first is understanding the customer, user problems in the foreground and the process optimization. This will only be integrated into the system or appropriate sustainable solutions sought under the standard cost-benefit analysis.
Large complex projects can of course only be done in a well-functioning project team, therefore, is a focus of optimization team.
